Mumbai City ousted Kerala Blasters to advance to the semi-finals of the 2025-26 AIFF Super Cup with a 1-0 win in a Group D match at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Margao on Thursday.

Kerala Blasters needed just a draw to progress but a late goal in the 88th minute dashed all hopes of a first semi-final appearance in the tournament.
The best ever result at the tournament came in the last edition, where it fell to a 1-2 defeat against Mohun Bagan Super Giant.
Earlier in the day, Rajasthan United – who were also in the reckoning for a place in the semi-finals – exited the competition after a 2-2 draw against SC Delhi.
