Slovenian Benjamin Sesko will miss his team’s two crucial World Cup qualifiers after the Manchester United forward suffered a knee injury on Saturday.
Sesko came off in the 88th minute of United’s 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League with what the club believes is not a serious injury. United said he will be further assessed at their training complex in Carrington this week.

Slovenia must beat Kosovo on Saturday and at least draw against Sweden on November 18 to have a chance of securing a World Cup qualifying place in the play-offs, awarded to the team that finishes second in the group.
Slovenia is third in Group B with three points, behind Switzerland (10) and Kosovo (seven). Sweden has one point.
