Atletico fans have previously targeted Real Madrid striker Vinicius Junior with similar racist abuse.
UEFA fined Atletico 30,000 euros ($35,000) and ordered a one-match ban on selling tickets to fans for a European away match, which was suspended with a one-year probationary period.
Atletico must also pay a €10,000 fine for fans throwing objects at Arsenal’s stadium.
