Reigning European champions Spain begin their 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign on June 15 when they take on Cape in Atlanta.
Spain, considered by many to be the title favourites, will then face Saudi Arabia and Uruguay to complete their Group H commitments.

Friday June 26: Uruguay vs Spain – Guadalajara – 8:00 PM ET (6:30 IST on June 27)
La Roja secured direct qualification for the World Cup with a 2-2 draw against Turkey in the final qualifying round and will play in its 17th World Cup.
The 2026 edition of the FIFA World Cup kicks off with co-hosts Mexico taking on South Africa in a Group A match at Mexico’s Azteca Stadium on June 11.
The 2026 World Cup will consist of 48 teams, making it the largest edition of the tournament.
The increased number of teams also introduces an extra round. The top two teams from each group, along with the top eight third-place teams, will advance to the round of 32.
