Amul remains the official regional sponsor of the Argentina football team

Indian food and dairy brand Amul has extended its partnership with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) as an official regional sponsor for another season.

AFA confirmed the Amul alliance and expanded their partnership into its fourth year, which will also include Argentina’s 2026 FIFA World Cup defense.

Amul is the first Indian entity to act as a regional sponsor of the Argentina football team. The company also announced that a special range of Amul products featuring Argentina national team players, along with exclusive fan merchandise, will be available in India in the coming year.

“It is with great excitement that we announce today the expansion of Amul, a historic Indian company, and our first regional sponsor in India, in this fourth consecutive expansion,” said Claudio Fabián Tapia, President of AFA.

«As the first regional sponsors of the Argentine Football Association in that country, their trust is a symbol of the growth and passion of our team in India. AFA’s international expansion continues in the Indian market and consolidates its position as a leading brand in global football,» he added.
