Crystal Palace have confirmed the signing of Welsh international Brennan Johnson in a club record transfer from fellow Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.
Johnson joins South London on a four-year contract after two and a half seasons at Tottenham. He will take the number 11 jersey for the Eagles. Palace have reportedly paid a fee of £35 million to Spurs to secure the winger’s services.
He was the club’s top scorer in all competitions in the 2024–25 season, scoring 18 goals and setting up a further seven goals. He also scored the winner in the UEFA Europa League final as Tottenham ended a long trophy drought with a 1–0 win over Manchester United in Bilbao.
Johnson also appeared 42 times for Wales, including at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, scoring seven goals.
