India defeated Bhutan 8-0 to take a step into the final of the U-19 SAFF Women’s Championship at Pokhara Rangasala in Nepal on Wednesday.

It was Pamela Conti’s second win as head coach, with the side returning to victory after losing 0–2 to Bangladesh in the previous match.

India, who are fielding their Under-17 squad as part of preparations for the U-17 AFC Asian Cup, will now take on Bangladesh in the top-flight match on February 7.
