Mumbai City FC will be hoping to maintain their unbeaten run when they face Sporting Club Delhi in the 2025-26 Indian Super League at the Mumbai Football Arena on Sunday, March 8.

Speaking about the need to maintain their momentum and consistency, Mumbai City FC head coach Petr Krátký highlighted his team’s preparation. «The main goal is to secure three points, but we will do it our way by respecting our pattern of play and exposing the opponent. The team is making very good progress and we hope to keep the momentum going. SC Delhi is a team with a lot of energy, so we have to stay focused, disciplined and concentrate on transitions.»
Mumbai City defender Sahil Panwar said: «It’s not about me performing individually. It’s about us as a group, how we perform collectively as a team. We are focused on keeping clean sheets.»
SC Delhi, meanwhile, arrive in Mumbai desperate for their first win of the campaign. The new team is currently at the bottom of the rankings and is still looking for the first points after three games. The team showed determined defense, but suffered a narrow 0-1 defeat against FC Goa in the previous away match.
