Bayern Munich will look to gain an advantage at home when they play Real Madrid in the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League quarter-final at the Bernabeu on Wednesday.
Bayern arrive in Madrid in red-hot form, holding a nine-point lead at the top of the Bundesliga and having finished second in the Champions League stage with one defeat.
In the meantime, Real wants to respond after a 2-1 defeat in La Liga on Saturday at relegation-threatened Mallorca.

The 32-year-old England captain missed his country’s 1-0 friendly defeat to Japan last month due to the problem and was also absent from Bayern’s 3-2 win in Freiburg.
«It was important that he trained a lot today. I don’t think he has lost his rhythm. We will wait until tomorrow and decide then,» Kompany told reporters on Monday.
Kane’s potential return would be a major boost for Bayern as the prolific striker has scored 48 goals in 40 games in all competitions this season.
