Arsenal are on the verge of ending their long wait for a Premier League title.
If second-placed Manchester City fail to beat Bournemouth on Wednesday, Arsenal will be crowned English champions.
Arsenal, who beat Burnley 1-0 on Monday, are five points ahead of City, so even a draw would not be enough for Pep Guardiola’s side going into the final round of matches on Sunday.
Arsenal have finished second in the league for the past three seasons. Mikel Arteta’s team also reached the final of the Champions League this season.

If Arsenal cross the line, their 22-year wait for a Premier League title will end. The last time the trophy was lifted, it was an unforgettable triumph for Arsène Wenger’s ‘Invincibles’.
In the 2003–04 season, the Gunners secured the Premier League without losing a single match, gaining 90 points.
