May 29 to June 2
«Who knows what else is there, previously irrelevant to our thinking, that eventually they could meet us in a strange way; things that make no sense to us. These suspensions should lead us to a certain anxiety and humility once we have embraced our position as inhabitants of caves» -James D. Madden, Unidentified flying hyperobject: UFOs, philosophy and the end of the world (2024)
The miles
The descent of San Jacinto felt how to enter another world. Even after accumulating the previous afternoon and then returning to the red line on the PCT to the camp, I was still determined to walk through Palm Springs, avoiding the tram. But when I went to the horizon path, I realized how much a company was. An agile path corridor approached and appeared. He clarified that the path was a decrease of eight thousand feet. He gave me a worried look while looking at him, impressed with his effort apparently breathless to achieve this climb and continue to the top of San Jacinto.
Inspired as he was by the athletics of this man, he helped reinforce the notion of taking the tram trip. I relied, I went to the station. Luckily, a party of young men hoped to leave on the first morning trip. So I made fast friends. After telling some stories through the staff, they left me on the tram for free. At the bottom, some of the boys gave me a trip to the city. At 11 in the morning I was taking a margarita in the main drag of Palm Springs. Mission success!

In the numinous
On the long bus trip from Palm Springs to Indian Wells, I touched the base with my dad. He was finishing the last stage of his motorcycle on a cross -country motorcycle from British Columbia, and arriving at Palm Springs later that night. He would join me to attend contact in the desert. This four -day convention organizes discussion panels, conferences and other presentations of some of the most recognized names in ufology. When I got out of the bus and headed towards the Emerald Renaissance, I immediately recognized that this place was quite high class. It was a four -star complex next to a golf course. More or less the furthest from the life of the path I could imagine.
Since it was the first day, Thursday, May 29, it was a free day. It was 1:15 pm and had arrived in time to see part of the only presentation that I wanted to see that day with Danny Sheehan. Then, I oriented to space before sitting in the living room. In a short time, three other people had sat down, and after brief presentations, we all had the opportunity to share our own meetings with the phenomenon. Two of these people, one of a computer programmer, the other neurologist, both shared their meetings for the first time, and was an emotional revealing. This established the mood for the rest of the event.

The mystery
I have always been interested in the strange and mysterious parts of life. There have been numerous experiences in my life that I would consider related to the paranormal. Due to the apparently impossible nature of these events, I have never internalized them. In the past I never told them much. I would interwoven with programs and documentaries about things like UFOs. That was, until April 2020, when the United States Department of Defense issued a public statement about three videos that originally leaked. In the statement, they recognized the University of Videos and concluded with the vague statement «The Ariel phenomenon observed in the videos remains characterized as» unidentified. «
Suddenly, the phenomenon had become more serious. This led me on a research path. Soon I started listening to experimenters accounts that were almost identical to the experiences I had in the past. Were my own experiences part of some elements of reality but little understood? Why did officials in the military and intelligence communities suddenly discussed the UFOs? Was it related?
The new dissemination movement began and soon exploded. At a 2023 Congress audience, former defense official David Grush testified under oath of the existence of an «Inverse Engineering Program» of UFO. Together with two navy combat pilots who were connected to the three videos, accusations were made that would completely change the phenomenon of a marginal subject to the general approach.
At that time I decided to share the documentary of James Fox «The phenomenon» with my father. I knew I had always been tangentially interested, and now I was on this trip with me. This led us both to attend contact in the desert.

A living Koan
Jim Madden, professor of Philosophy at Benedictine College, and author of Unidentified flying hyperobject: UFOs, philosophy and end of the world Once the anonymous phenomenon with a Koan is compared. In his discussions with Kelly Chase in the UVNI Rabbit Hole podcast they explore this idea deeply. A Koan is a Zen Buddhist proverb destined to challenge logical analysis. The best known Koan is «What is the sound of an applauded one hand.» Within the intellectual struggle to understand these paradoxical statements, one is caused in a deeper contemplation. In this way, one is taken to a change in perception or a awakening. By unlocking this perception, one can begin to experience a more intuitive sense of reality beyond conceptual understanding.
On Friday morning, my father and I sat in a workshop organized by Kelly Chase entitled: Beyond the narrative, the decoding patterns in the experimental narratives. She touched the idea that many experimental accounts do not follow a logical structure. She was passionately for the new intellectual frameworks to explore the phenomenon, as well as a trauma -informed approach to investigate the experimenters’ narratives.
This reminded me of Havard’s professor John E. Mack, and what he described as ontological shock. This State is defined as «the state of being forced to question the vision of the world, often as a result of an experience that radically defies the fundamental understanding of reality.» This described my experience exactly. Suddenly I was reliving the emotions of the events. Uncertainty, fear, the deep interrogation of everything. After returning to my hotel that night, I sat in the bathroom and cried. It was real.
UFOs
The next two days, I spent a lot of time interacting with other people in the event. I attended an experienced group meeting organized by Jay Christopher King, explored conversations in the living room and joined Jam’s session in the courtyard with my jaw harp. I sat in presentations and questions and answers about the future of dissemination, high technology, telepathy, conscience research, psychedelic and alien kidnappings. I met many of the people whose work reported much of my research, documentaries, research journalists and youtubers.

I with my favorite youtubers Chris Ramsay in Area52, Jesse Michels by American Alchemy and Michael Phillip of Third Eye Dropps
The last event I attended was «One night under the stars with Chris Bledoe«The author of» UFOs of God «. Since Chris had his initial encounter, it is said that he has a very personal connection with the phenomenon, which seems to be able to invite him to appear at will. With hundreds of people who present themselves on the grass, we all look for the mostly cloudy sky looking through the gaps in the clouds to see if there is something unusual between the stars. Consciousness and the phenomenon.
«If you ask them, they will appear. They understand your intention and if you are receptive, they are sometimes revealed,» he said with confidence. Then, from behind a cloud two light balls emerged from the satellite size in the night sky. They moved quickly, spiral to each other in a double propeller pattern, before stopping, joining what seemed like an object, sitting motionless during a second fraction and then quickly advance at an opposite angle to which they had originally been traveling. The crowd exploded in gasps, screams and laughs while we all point to heaven.

Conclusion
On Monday, June 2, my father and I packed our bags and jumped to a rental car to take me on the path to Big Bear Lake. I wanted to omit the small section from San Jacinto to there so as not to fall too much behind the people I had previously walk. On the trip we discussed what we had removed from the weekend events. We agreed that we seemed to have more questions than answers, but that the seriousness of the event had inspired us not to lose hope to the immense mystery.

Leave our hotel in Palm Desert to meet with Trail
The official dissemination may or may not happen, but now it feels closer than ever. The validation I felt after meeting so many other experimenters informed me that I am not alone on this trip. The appointment «The Universe is not only that what we assume, but what we can assume» has increased much more weight while I seriously reflect the implications now. With the amplitude that offers me walking on the PCT, I keep looking more deeply in the anonymous. I do it with reflective skepticism and with an open mind.
