  • Check your internet speed at www.speedtest.net. To watch the World Cup, a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps is required, while for a smoother experience a download speed of 5 Mbps is recommended.

  • Update the app

  • Disable VPN or proxy

  • Close the app and reopen it.

  • Restart your phone.

  • For Android users: Long press on the ZEE5 App icon -> Tap on App Info -> Tap on Storage & Data > Clear Cache.
  • For iPhone users: Go to Settings app -> Tap on General > iPhone Storage > ZEE5 -> Tap on Offload App. Now wait for a few seconds and then tap on Reinstall App.

In the web browser
