Liverpool sent a midfielder Tyler Morton to the French club Lyon to the French club Lyon on Tuesday.
The 22-year-old Morton signed a five-year contract with Lyon, which confirmed that it paid a reimbursement of 10 million euros with potential bonuses of 5 million euros.
Morton, who joined the Liverpool youth system at the age of 7, only fed five performances for the Premier League champion last season. His debut in the first team came in 2021 for loans to Blackburn and Hull.
Morton helped England win the European championship under 21 last month.

Liverpool has been a big spender this summer – the recent signing of Hugo Ekitiké took his edition at around $ 342 million.
Thus, the inclusion of some reimbursements will be useful for the rules for financial sustainability. Liverpool receives a reported $ 87 million from Bayern Munich for winger Luis Díaz. The move from Jarell Quansah to Bayer Leverkusen will bring the Reds to $ 47 million.
Lyon was banned for financial problems, but the club won his profession and will remain in Ligue 1 next season.
