Barcelona completes the late comeback victory against Levante in La Liga

Barcelona fought back from two goals in the newly promoted Levante to win 3-2 on Sunday (IST) in the Ciutat de València.

The first half goals of Ivan Romero and Jose Luis Morales gave Levante a shock against the champion in Valencia, before Pedri and Ferran Torres quickly struck twice in a row to level the game.

The side of Hansi Flick looked destined for a draw on a near-water-blogged pitch until a Unai ElMerkal Eigen-Doel in injury time gave them a second victory to start the new season.

Brugue had a gilded opportunity in the box at 54 minutes to restore Levante’s lead, but could not get enough on the ball to convert.

Raphinha forced a great vast save from Pablo Campos to 83 minutes after his shot from the left side of the box of Testwork was diverted by a defender.

But Levante’s happiness could not hold when Yamal drove in a cross from the right in the 91st minute that ElMerkall looked into his own net under pressure from Torres.
