A week after winning his Ligue 1 opener with 10 men, Rennes played almost the entire game on Lorient on Sunday with nine, but this time lost 4-0.
The problem for Rennes started again before the kick -off.

Statistical Service Opta said his Ligue 1 records went back to 1992 and it could not find a previous copy of two players from the same team that was sent in the first 10 minutes.
Rennes almost opened the score when Seko Fofana hit the corner of the Dwarsbalk and Post in the 21st minute.
