Onana leaves Manchester United for Trabzonspor -loan

The goalkeeper Andre Onana van Manchester United completed a loan movement to Turkish side Trabzonspor on Thursday, said the Premier League club.

The move from Onana was on the maps since the club Senne Lammens of Royal Antwerp took over on the transfer Deadline Day last week.

The 18.2 million pounds of Lammens ($ 24.58 million) signed United with four keepers, and although the club said it was fine that wore a lot, the wrestling Onana’s future had already been questioned.

Turkey International Altay Bayindir started all three of the Premier League matches of United this season, while 29-year-old Onana only played once, in the shocking second round League Cup loss of the second round for the fourth Tier Grimsby Town in a penalty shootout. Onana was the error for the two goals of Grimsby.

Onana was signed 47.2 million pounds from Inter Milan in 2023 and his inconsistency has since made him a target for destructive criticism.

He was the number one of United last season, but a hamstring injury loved him from the club’s pre-season matches.

The transfer window of Turkey will only close on Friday and it is expected that Onana, who has international service with Cameroon, could make his debut against Fenerbahce on Sunday.

Tom Heaton is the fourth keeper of United.
