India U-17 Coach Bibiano Fernandes has appointed his team for the upcoming Saff U-17 Championship Sri Lanka 2025 that is planned from September 16 to September 27.
India is the title defender of the tournament and has won the 2024 edition in Bhutan after beating Bangladesh in the final.

India will start his title defense by looking to qualify from group B, where it has been drawn together with the Maldives, Bhutan and Pakistan. It will open its campaign against the Maldives on September 16, before it will record Bhutan on September 19 on September 22 and Pakistan on September 22.
