Kalyan Chaubey confidence for sure that Aiff Isl will get going

All India Football Federation (AIFF) President Kalyan Chaubey said that the administrative body has worked in a «dedicated» way to start the Indian Super League of this season, currently on hold due to uncertainty about the renewal of the Master Rights Agreement (FSDOPMITED Limited).

“We try to be dedicated, determined and focused. We will ensure that certain things will be done. Leagues must be completed on or before 31 May. So we must ensure that the start of the competition is according to that calculation.

“To play in the continental event, the ISL teams must play 24 games, minimal and to make this possible, you must come up with a new structure and get a commercial partner. To get a commercial partner, you must follow the process in a transparent way.

«So there are many things that need to be done. I believe that Fortune is the brave. God wants us to start and end the competition at the right time,» said Chaubey.

Earlier this week, the Federation revealed that KPMG India Services LLP will manage the sale of the commercial rights of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) for a limited period.

The AIFF will perform the Super Cup tournament from October 25 to November 22 in a phased way to give the clubs competitive competitions.

Earlier today, the Supreme Court approved the Constitution of AIFF concept with a few changes and has ordered it to keep a general body meeting within four weeks to assume the new constitution.

The court also acknowledged the election of the current office carriers led by Chaubey and said that new elections were not necessary. It said that the current executive committee could complete its term of office until the polls planned for 2026.
