The National Team of the Indian U-17 Heren stood Nepal aside with an extensive 3-0 win to book its place in the Saff U-17 Championship 2025 final in the Racecourse International Stadium on Thursday.
It will be confronted to Bangladesh in the Summit collision, who previously defeated Pakistan 2-0.
Wangkheirakpam Gunleiba (61 ‘) and replaces KH Azlaan Shah (80’) and Diamond Singh Thokchom (90+4 ‘) scored in what the fourth consecutive victory for India was in the tournament.
The only care for the side of head coach Bibiano Fernandes was the lack of clinical finish, a problem that prevented the break with a comfortable pillow.
Those worries were cleaned up after the hour when Denny Singh Wangkhem fed a low ball from the right to Gang, who dumbled the pass and fought the entire Nepal backline and keeper.

The ball landed at Gunleiba’s feet, who slid him home quietly to open the score and break Nepal’s resistance.
The second goal came from a classic counterattack in the 80th minute when replacement Azlaan received a pass over the left and was loaded with a sizzling pace.
A sharp change of direction let his marker stumble, before he unleashed a thunderous and spectacular strike in the net.
India closed the game in a stopping time when the Low Cross of Gunleiba defeated the Nepal defense and fell invited for another replacement, Diamond Singh Thokchom, who ticked up close.
