Bhullar leads a strong Indian quota to the international championship of Jakarta
India will be represented by a 11-player contingent on the Inaugural Jakarta International Championship, held on the cock course of Damai Indah Golf from 2 to 5 October, as part of the International Series.
Gaganjeet Bhullar, a five -time winner on Indonesian soil and member of the India Olympic team last year, has Gaganjeet Bhullar. Bhullar is accompanied by Khalin Joshi, Ajeetesh Sandhu, Rahil Gangjee, Karandep Kochhar, Viraj Madappa, Chikkaranga S., SSP Chawrasia, Shiv Kapur, Rashid Khan and Yuvraj Sandhu-representigen.
Bhullar, 36, enjoyed a remarkable career on the Asian tour and remains a formidable force in the region. His most recent triumph on the international series came in November 2023 in the BNI Indonesian.

Premier League to organize a week -long series of fan involvement and community activities in Mumbai
The Premier League organizes a series of a week in Mumbai, led by former Liverpool, Manchester United and Newcastle United Striker Michael Owen, together with the iconic Premier League trophy.
The activities start on 4 October, with Premier League Live, a screening in Fanpark style in the NESCO center supported by the official broadcasting partner Jiostar of the competition. More than 1,000 fans will be able to experience a Premier League -Matchday atmosphere with multiple competitions that are shown live.
The competition will also deliver a Community Coach Development Program in collaboration with the British Council to support 27 community coaches and to expand access to football.
Led by coaches of the Premier League, Brentford FC and Newcastle United FC, the three-day program includes a showcase event on 8 October at Cooperage Football Ground in Mumbai.

Punjab National Bank claims dominant victory over the police of Tamil Nadu in the national championship between the 2025 department
Day two of the 5th Hockey India Senior Men Inter-Department National Championship 2025 witnessed dominant displays of Railway Sports Promotion Board, Comptroller & Auditor General of India, All India Police Sports Control Board and Punjab Nationaly, who all convincing victories in the victories in Jamshedpur.
In the opening conflict, Railway Sports Promotion Board defeated the Police Force of the Central Reserve with 5-1 in Pool B. Captain Sayyad Niyaz Rahim (6 ‘) set the tone early before Pankaj (12’, 15 ‘) delivered twice. Simranjot Singh (43 ‘) and Gursahibjit Singh (56’) added one each to complete the count. For CRPF, Samssher (49 ‘) hit a consolation goal.
In the second encounter, Comptroller & Auditor General of India Sashostra Seema Bal 9-2 in Pool B. Thrishul Ganapathi H (13 ‘, 38’) led the attack alongside Surya Nm (35 ‘, 44’, 52 ‘), who packs a hat-trick. Venkatesh Telugu (27 ‘), V. Veerathamizhan (35’, 60 ‘), and Sarfaraz Khanpathan Aamid (58’) were also cut. For SSB, Divit Bisht (20 ‘) and Francis Toppo (24’) were the scorers.
Later in Pool A, All India Police Sports Control Board was 3-0 with Petroleum Sports Promotion Board. Vijay Kumar Gond (6 ‘) brought the team forward early, while Aman Sharma (47’) and Mohammad Haris (52 ‘) sealed a commander’s victory.
In the last match, Punjab National Bank overwhelmed the police of Tamil Nadu with 7-0 in Pool A. After a aimless first half, the locks opened in the third quarter. Ningombam Jenjen Singh (33 ‘, 45’) struck twice, while Vishal Antil (40 ‘), Gursimran Singh (47’, 52 ‘), Naveen Antil (48’), and Sanjay (54 ‘) added to the Tally in a clinical second half version.
