Series A 2025-26: Inter Milan Thrashes Cremonese 4-1 at Rainy San Siro

Inter Milan drove on Saturday to a 4-1 home victory on Cremonese in Serie A, with Lautaro Martinez, Ange-Yoan Bonny, Federico Dimarco and Nicolo Barella all score on a rainy night.

The victory in San Siro moved Inter Level on 12 points with Pacesetters AC Milan, Napoli and AS Roma, all of which play their sixth league match of the season on Sunday.

When the game came into the game, the two parties looked evenly with nine points each, but it took only six minutes for Inter to take the lead in what turned out to be a one -sided affair.

Martinez started the routes after locking a Bonny pass in the box and it ended with marked. Minutes later Dimarco found the net found, but the goal was excluded after a VAR review confirmed an offside in the structure.

The dominance of Inter, however, grew in the first half, where Cremonese goalkeeper Marco Silvestri made a good stop to refuse Henrikh Mkhitaryan and to prevent the lead from being the lead.

Seven minutes before the break, however, the pressure of Inter turned out to be too much for the visitor when Bonny rose in the six-year box to go home the second goal of a Dimarco cross.

Dimarco scored himself in the 55th minute and met a corner with a precise first strike in the bottom corner to put the hosts 3-0 forward.

Two minutes later, Bonny again became provider and slid the ball to the unmarked Barella, who buried the ball with a first finish for Inter’s Fourth.

After the goal, Silvestri produced some more fine saves to keep the score low.

Former striker of England Jamie Vardy appeared his second competition for Cremonese when he came up just before the hour and was involved in the structure that led Federico Bonazzoli to have a consolation goal of three minutes from time.

«Absolutely today we found the mechanisms that we had lost a bit in recent weeks,» said Scorer Barella Dazn.

«But to play this kind of matches, you need everyone in top physical condition, and we found that. We had good possession and we enjoyed ourselves,» he added.
