Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is expected to remain the most preferred captain’s choice in the Fantasy Premier League heading into Gameweek 8 of the 2025-2026 season.

Haaland, who is the leading points scorer in the FPL this season, will fancy his chances against Everton at home after scoring four goals in four games against the Toffees.

For FPL players looking to bring the in-form Jack Grealish into their teams, it should be noted that the on-loan midfielder is not eligible to face Manchester City.

Bournemouth midfielder Antoine Semenyo, who has had a storming start to the season, will be tasked with taking on the task against a determined Crystal Palace defense at Selhurst Park.
