Seasoned international Sabina Khatun was not part of the 23-person team of Bangladesh for the AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026 qualifications called by head coach Peter Butler.

The Bengalian tiger tones plays Malaysia, Iran and the VAE in the qualifications with the group winner that improves the tournament that will be held in Australia next year.
