Barcelona announced on Wednesday that the English attacker Marcus Rashford moved to the Spanish club from Manchester United of Premier League.
The Catalan club posted on social media to confirm the news.
The 27-year-old arrives in Barcelona on a one-year loan from Manchester with an option to buy.
Rashford was born in Manchester and started his career at the local club Fletcher Moss Rangers before he was picked up by Manchester United at the age of seven. He spent almost his entire career at United, with only a short loan in Aston Villa last season.
He received a MBE for his community work to help with the fight against child poverty.
