Barcelona -coach Hansi Flick said on Saturday that he has faith in experienced goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny after the first choice -Stop Joan Garcia had sustained a knee injury.
Garcia will undergo surgery due to a meniscus injury and will miss between four and six weeks, including the Champions League collision against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday.
Garcia was injured at the end of Thursday’s victory in Real Oviedo, leaving the Champions two points behind La Liga leaders Real Madrid.

«It is not good not to have Joan because he did fantastic work. It was the last situation in the match against Oviedo. It happens,» Flick told a press conference prior to the Barca match to Real Sociedad on Sunday.
“Now Tek (SZCZESNY) is back. And when you see the last season, the second part, we have won almost every game. We have won three trophies with him.
«He is a fantastic keeper and a fantastic person. I have no doubts about that.»
Szczesny, 35, retired last season to draw for Barcelona when Marc-Andre ter Stegen sustained a knee injury.
The Polish goalkeeper established himself as the first choice and helped Barcelona to win a domestic Treble from La Liga, the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Super Cup.
