And the average marker passed!
Bob has been making it fantastic! Since he left in Donner Pass, he has gotten into his own rhythm, adjusted to his own agency. He goes to his own pace and makes the miles. He has been able to reach thirty miles consistently. That distance feels good on his body and the path has been complacent.
However, there was a section that was quite covered. Bob suspects that some PCT hikers remain on the main PCT route, most take the alternative route that is recommended. Bob chose staying on the original path. This was quite covered and his leg cut a little. His right pimple had been bothering him and after a while he ended up needing to leave the road and saw a doctor. They suspect that a cut was infected and is now in antibiotics and back on the road.
He has walked again with Happy Meal, connected again with Bluegrass, but as always, over time in the city and the rhythm, they are no longer together. It is always a pleasure to connect the way again.
Meanwhile, my adventure has become a road trip. I made a list of things that I would like to see before. Some are on the PCT such as Burney Falls, Crater Lake and Tunnel Falls. I’ve never been to Portland or Seattle, so those went to the list. Honestly, I wanted to read my book on the coast and also see the giant secuoyas.
In the end it turned out that Livia (Sushi) was interested in joining me on this road trip. It had a similar desire list and decided to join forces and take it day by day. It has fallen more perfectly than I could have predicted. I will be at home again in a couple of weeks and then I will make a publication in our parallel adventure. 馃槣
