Ciro Immobile will have been out for almost two months with a dijing injury that was picked up early in his debut for Bologna, said the Serie A Club Monday.
Former Italy striker Immobile was forced for half an hour from the opening competition of Bologna of the New Campaign, a loss of 1-0 at Roma.
Bologna said in a statement that the correct dijing injury, the 35-year-old, who drew from the Turkish team in July in July, would sign, out of operation for «about eight weeks».

The Vincenzo Italiano team, winner of last season’s Italian cup, will be opposed to Como next Saturday.
Immobile is currently in eighth place in the Serie A-scor cards of all time with 201 goals, four less than the Italian football icon Roberto Baggio.
The majority of those goals were scored for Lazio, where the record scorer of all time is with 207 strikes in all competitions.
Immobile was also the starting centers-forward for the Italy team, which won the European championship in 2020.
