Bruno Fernandes set a new record for Manchester United on Sunday when he provided two assists in his side’s 3-1 win over Aston Villa in the Premier League.
Fernandes provided Casemiro with the cross to help United break the deadlock in the 53rd minute and then assisted Matheus Cunha for the club’s second goal 10 minutes after the hour.
With the assists, Fernandes surpassed David Beckham as the player with the most Premier League assists for Manchester United in a single season:
