Bundesliga 2025-26: Harry Kane Bags brace while Bayern Munich promoted Hamburg

Harry Kane scored twice when champion Bayern Munich on Saturday promoted former European Champion Hamburg SV 5-0 in the Bundesliga on Saturday, to achieve the three wins of three league games this season.

The Bavarians, who are organizing Chelsea in the Champions League on Wednesday, only needed 29 minutes to bring the game to bed and scored four times while they celebrated their newest target bonanza in a home game against Hamburg, which has now admitted 55 goals in his last nine trips to the Bavarian Capital.

Bayern is in first place on nine points, two in second place Borussia Dortmund, 2-0 winner near Heidenheim.

Hamburg, back in the Bundesliga after a spell of seven seasons in the Second Division, was planning to fight, but the hope was crushed after three minutes when Serge Gnabry bordered from a tight corner to place the hosts at the front.

Aleksandar Pavlovic doubled Bayern’s lead six minutes later before a 26th minute channel made the score at 3-0. By that time, Bayern surpassed his opponent in almost every attacking movement, and Luis Diaz then also came to the score sheet three minutes later with a bent attempt.
