Cape Verde beat Mauritius 3-0 in World Cup qualification


Tiny Cape Verde Islands held the top in the World Cup qualifying group when they won on Thursday, while Algeria and Tunisia came closer to the qualification qualification for the final of next year with their own victories.

But Ghana suffered a setback when they dropped unexpected points after giving up a last-minute equalizer in Chad.
