Carabao Cup: Eze -Scores First Arsenal -target in Win Against Port Vale; Man City, Tottenham, Newcastle also win

Ebereechi Eze scored his first goal for Arsenal in a 2-0 win in Port Vale in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, while Manchester City, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur also defeated the third row of opponents to continue to the last 16.

Eze made his fifth performance for his boy’s team after a summer movement from Crystal Palace and stroked a cool finish in the eighth minute after running on Myles Lewis-Skelly’s decent film. Leandro Trossard added the second in the 86th.
