Day 41: 30.0 miles
The highlight: The first 30 miles in the day! Morrison Lake.
I woke up with my alarm in vibrating at 5:45 am. I think this is the first time I was still sleepy when the sun came out. During the night, the wind finally calmed down at some point after 11 pm the minimum night was about 38f and I felt comfortable in my team.
When I was moving my tent, one of my stakes in the store was really trapped on the floor since I left the night before to use a rock and hit the bets to make sure they stayed in the wind storm. …
