The eighth edition of the CAF African Nations Championship (Chan) is ready to start on Saturday 2 August, after a logistics issues have delayed it with a few months earlier this year.
The tournament has been expanded from 17 to 19 in this edition and will be organized in three countries, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. It will contain 48 games, with the opener – Tanzania vs Burkina Faso – in Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
The final is planned in Moi International Sports Center in Nairobi, Kenya.
