Day 119, Glam Girl and Hunger Pain are officially in Nebo 2025 through Hikers | February 28 to June 26, 2025

Thursday, June 26. Our long -awaited summit day. The weather was pleasant without precipitation in the forecast. We had a pleasant morning in our camp at the Birch camp. We feel blessed to have Ryan and Ellie with us to continue our trip to the summit. We were united today five other close friends and family, Celine, Jackson, Becca, Craig and Cait. My mother and Leo came back to the camp with Patti and Mike. The walk was wonderful and happened very fast and the next thing you know was at the summit. The summit was very surreal, emotional and special completing this epic trip. We were the only ones through the summit that day, so others were quite patient with our photos, since we took many photos with friends and family. The walk was also special, since we knew that we were now completing our trip and a point to return to our normal life. We had a couple of cars parked in Katahdin Stream Campground brought by friends/family who joined us today. We headed to Millinocket to stay in a beautiful lake in the Patti camp and Mike Daigle, which had a Katahdin view. Another wonderful meal and a beautiful climate and we could relax and enjoy our last night in this part of Maine with friends and family. The best part of today was that we didn’t have to do any hiker task! That felt great.
