Day 4 in Te Araroa

I’m tired.
We left camp at 10am after drying all our gear after yesterday’s torrential rain. I woke up at 7am to blue skies and got out of bed to hang our soaking gear in the sun to dry.
We walked 17 km along the beach and finished 90 Mile Beach! After the beach, we had fish and chips. They were the best fish and chips I have ever had.
We immediately got a hitch from Ahipara to Kaitaia and he even dropped us off at Pak N Save. …
