Day 3 on the Whanganui River.
This morning it was pouring rain. Like MOST of the rain we’ve had to pack up camp along the way. Putting away the wet tent while strategically dressing to make sure I was prepared for when the sun came up at 10am while we were on the water.
Canoeing is exhausting. The rapids are a lot of fun and I love being in a boat with Sam, but I think our boat is pretty dented or raised on the bottom, making it very difficult for us to paddle. …
