Day 53 - Almost for mammoth

After two riérgic crosses that should probably not have done at 7 pm last night, I found a good camp in about 50 yards from two other hikers and slept incredibly. I woke up at 5:15, I immediately let the air out of my matt

Silver Pass was quite easy at that time in the morning, and 8:30. I was on a path without stopping. I feel great.

I have a feeling that the VVR vortex clung to hikers in front of me. I did not see tents on the road to La Plata, and as far as I know, just a hiker camped further north than me (before the pass).

There is a lot of trace between here and there, but now I feel pretty good for entering gigantic tonight. It is still almost 20 miles, and many things could happen, but so far I feel pretty good, and I really hope a little lighter schedule for a few days.

More snow

Mammoth is in sight. My feet are tired and I am low in food. But I am only 8 miles from the Prado de Red. I have fixed my trip, I look forward to a hot shower, clean clothes and good food. This will be ac Welcome Double Zero.

I can’t wait to see what the rest of the mountains bring me
