Raetea Forest. Mud.
So much mud.
At the end of the day I told the forest: «We get it!!! YOU’RE PREGNANT!!!»
So many slips and falls. Luckily the backpack didn’t get too dirty, but the shoes were a different story.
I told myself that it was a unique experience. Nowhere else in the world can we walk in New Zealand in such a muddy forest.
I ended the day by reaching a highway and hitchhiking to a dairy that was listed as a tent site for hikers. …
