Day 72 – Too many miles?

I ended up walking a little less than 23 miles again yesterday. I did the calculations, and even with the easy day of 20 miles a few days ago, it is still 93 miles in the last four days. I think that for many of the younger hikers that is not much mileage, but for my articulations and muscles that are on the wrong side of 50, it can be too much.
