The Durand Cup Organizing Committee announced a free entry for the public on Friday for all matches held in Jamshedpur.
All 22,500 seats are made available by free passes, so that an inclusive and festive start of the oldest football tournament in Asia is set, a release explained.
There will be a free card distribution for the first competition in the JRD Tata Sports Complex Stadium Cash and 24 July, strictly on who comes first, first grinds, until the shares are the last.
«To guarantee a fair distribution, a maximum of four tickets per person are issued,» it added.
Free tickets are also reserved for local schools and all 41 teams of the JSA League.
From the second game, the tournament will assume an open gate policy and there is no ticket requirement for access.
Spectators can freely walk in through gates 4, 5, 6 and 7.
Jamshedpur will organize the competition matches of group C that hosts Jamshedpur FC, Nepal’s Tribhuvan Army FC, Indian Army FT and 1 Ladakh FC and the third quarter final on 17 August.
JFC takes on the Tribhuvan -army FC in the first match of the Jameshedpur -been on July 24.
