East Bengal qualified for the final of the 2025 SAFF Women’s Club Championship after beating Bangladesh’s Nasrin Sports Academy 7-0 at the Dasarath Rangasala Stadium in Kathmandu, Nepal, on Sunday.
Ugandan striker Fazila Ikwaput scored a hat-trick in the first half and added two more in the second, while Jyoti Chouhan and Sulanjana Raul also got their names on the scoresheet.

This was EBFC’s third win in as many matches, with host team APF in second place with seven points. Both teams have already qualified for the final on December 20, but will face each other in the first group stage on December 17.
The SAFF Women’s Club Championship will feature one representative each from the top five countries in the Federation. This edition features teams from India (East Bengal), Nepal (APF), Bangladesh (Nasrin Sporting Club), Bhutan (Transport United) and Pakistan (Karachi City).
