Fabulous Felix marks Saudi Pro League debut with Hattrick while Ronaldos already starts with a victory


Al Nassr van Cristiano Ronaldo started the season with a pounding 5-0 win over Al Taawoun in the King Abdullah Sport City Stadium in Buraidah on Friday. Joao Felix shone to the road side and scored a hat trick on his Saudi Pro League debut.

Al Nassr carried out a renewed attack under new manager Jorge Jesus When Ronaldo and Sadio Mane were accompanied by new signing sessions Joao Felix and Kingsley Coman, and the debutants seemed for the road. Felix opened the score with a sweeping left -wing finish in the seventh minute to set the side on the way.

Al Nassr’s lead was doubled by his talisman Ronaldo from the penalty spot after Waleed Al-Ahmed had blocked a cross with his arm. Coman added the third one minute later with a brilliant loop head that caught the Al Taawoun keeper of his line after a long ball forward.

Felix then closed the deal with a stunning effort that gave him a second of the game. His ultimate goal was more happy, because he seemed to miss with only a defender between him and the goal before the referee blew his whistle to indicate that the ball had exceeded the line.

The victory already sent Nassr to the top of the Saudi Pro League and gave a strong memory of the quality that it will bring to the title race this season
