The Norwegian and Italian football federations have been fined by FIFA for fan incidents during the World Cup qualifiers against Israel last month.
Both federations were accused of disrupting national anthems, intruding spectators onto the playing field and «order and security» at matches, FIFA said. On Thursday, the country published a document on disciplinary matters during the World Cup.

The man on the pitch during Norway’s 5-0 win over Israel has often interrupted international football matches over the past two decades, including during the men’s World Cup final tournament.
The FIFA charges did not involve Palestinian flags, including some with slogans, displayed during matches played in Oslo and Udine, Italy.
FIFA said the Italian federation was fined 12,500 Swiss francs ($15,500) and Norway must pay 10,000 Swiss francs ($12,400).
