Five U-20 players to pay attention to the Premier League season 2025-26


The new English Premier League season stands for the US with title defender Liverpool Set to let the ball roll against Bournemouth on Friday.

Max Dowman (Arsenal)

Don’t be fooled.

At the age of only 15 -Max Dowman is perhaps the next hot prospect of Arsenal when it comes to his Academy players. Last season in the Premier League below 18, the attacking midfielder achieved 15 goals and five assists in 15 games.

Senior team manager Mikel Arteta already gave him his debut when he came from the bank against AC Milan in a preseason -friendly. He played on the right wing in the matches against Milan and Tottenham Hotspur.

Although Dowman’s minutes may be limited in the upcoming Premier League, Arteta-Die may have preferred in the past to give young people opportunities-the player may simply be a taste of top football.

Rio Ngumoha (Liverpool)

It is clear that Arne Slot aims to 16-year-old attacker Rio Ngumoha, because the Dutch manager gave the young person his senior team debut start in the FA Cup match against Accrington Stanley earlier this year.

Ngumoha arrived from Chelsea last year and played in the youth teams of the Reds. He scored his first goal in Liverpool colors during an under-18 set-up against his former club.

He was part of the Liverpool First-Team team during the preseason and even found the net against Stoke City in a friendly played in the club’s training center.

Estevao, 18, is the newest Brazilian talent that announces itself on the world stage.

Estevao, who had signed for Chelsea in 2024, who spent a season on loan in Palmeiras, looked at his talent when both parties met during the FIFA Club World Cup in the US last month.

The winger scored an excellent goal in the defeat of the Brazilian club against the blues before he switched permanently.

The teenager did not waste time in the preseason and has already achieved a goal in the friendly against Bayer Leverkusen.

Joshua King (Fulham)

A product from the club’s academy, Josh King is recommended to be the next big thing of Fulham. Only 18, the central midfielder recently wrote a four -year -old deal.

King debuted in the FA Cup and the Premier League last season and is expected to see the playing time in the new season under head coach Marco Silva.

El Hadji Malick Diouf is about to make his Premier League debut when West Ham opens his campaign against Sunderland.

The 20-year-old Senegal International usually works on the left flank and is a defender who can also find the net. Before he came to the Hammers, he was at Slavia Praag, where he scored seven goals last season in which the team lifted the Czech first League trophy.
