Four dead on CDT Trail Town Shooting, still suspect in general

FOur people are dead after a shooting incident at the Owl bar in Anaconda, Montana, Friday morning. Police have identified Michael Brown, 45 as the suspect and launched an intensive human hunt. Brown is considered armed and extremely dangerous.

The shooting occurred around 10:30 am in the popular local establishment. The four victims were declared dead on the scene. The authorities quickly secured the area and began their search for Brown.

Brown, who, according to the reports, lived next to the Owl Bar, was last seen that he was driving a white Ford F-150 2007 truck with Montana Dty493 plates. The vehicle was last seen in the west of Anaconda in Stumptown Road, a segment of the divide trail continent (Alternative mile markers of Anaconda 21.2-24.9).

Since then, a great presence of application of the law, including a SWAT team, has converged in the Stumptown area and the surrounding forest, believing that Brown is hiding there. His residence has been clear by a Swat team. «I constantly hear that the mermaids are activated every 10 or 15 minutes,» said Brandon Baragar, 32, who lives in the area. «They are looking, just trying to find a needle in a haystack.»

Michael Brown is described as 5 feet and 10 inches high, with a weight of 170 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. It was last seen with a tie -dyed shirt, blue jeans and an orange handkerchief. The Montana road patrol, the application of the Anaconda-Der Lodge County Law, the Office of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) of Denver, and the FBI are involved in the ongoing search.

«We are Montana, so weapons are not new to us,» said Firefly Café, Barbie Nelson. «So that our city is locked, everyone is quite shaken.»

Officials urge the public to remain attentive and seek refuge when possible. Anyone who sees Michael Brown or his vehicle who does not approach him is advised and immediately communicates with 911 or the Anaconda/Deer Lodge police at 563-5241 with any information.
