The French defender Presnel Kimpembe has joined the Qatar Sports Club for a permanent deal of Paris St Germain, said the Ligue 1-side on Sunday, ending his 20-year spell with the champions.
The 30-year-old center back, which came to PSG’s Academy in 2005, made 241 performances, scored three goals and was captain 31 times. He helped PSG eight Ligue 1 -Titels, seven French cups, six French Super Cups and the Champions League 2025 to win.
In February, after almost two years, Kimpembe turned out with an Achilles injury and played five games in all competitions.
«Since the age of eight, presel has grown and developed at every level in his beloved club, where he has always been an ambassador and model of professionalism,» said PSG president Nasser al-Khelaifi in a statement.

Kimpembe was closed 28 times and was part of the France team that won the World Cup 2018 and the Nations League in 2021.
