From a bed in the city to a despair tent site

This morning I could sleep in the room until 7 in the morning. Then he finally got up, packed and ready for the day. The White Pass Kracker Barrel did not open until 8 in the morning, and last night I realized that I did not get as much aspaste as. So I’m going to have breakfast and some more snacks for today. I really just need three days of food to take me to Snoqualmie.

I grabbed everything I needed in the store and then jumped a little there. And while I stayed, a guy wondering if someone needed a trip to Packwood or at the beginning of the path. Packwood is the nearby city that hikers were also hooked if they wanted to spend the night in a hotel. There are only more comforts in the city and the rooms are probably cheaper than they are here in the shelter. But I ended up making a return trip to the beginning of the path with this type that was incredible.

This morning I had a gradual climb leaving a city. Then the path was leveled for a while.

When he led us along the way, he actually went through the beginning of the path and continued driving below on a dirt road. It took me a second to realize, but it took us to where the PCT path returns to the forest. Then, after leaving a couple of other boys, I asked him if he would take me to the short distance back to the road to leave. I needed to connect my way standing and I didn’t want to skip, even if it was just half a mile. It was very understanding.

They were around 8:30 am when I started walking again. And the morning began with a long gradual climb. I had service, so I made a little multitasking while walking. And he continued for a couple of hours keeping his head down. Finally, I ate the breakfast sandwich that I packed from the city. I swear that it was even better in the forest than it would have been this morning.

I don’t think I can get tired of these mountain views.

At one point, I ended up moving to another hiker that seemed super familiar. In fact, I had seen it last night and then again this morning. I was quite sure I knew who it was, but I wasn’t completely sure. It turns out that it was Fire Master, a hiker that I met briefly at the AT in 2023. I met him somewhere in Pennsylvania with my Buddy Road Soda. I was out providing some magic of trails for me and for the boys I was with. It was great to see him again and we talked a little. Then I continued while he leaked water. Today goes quite far, so I think I will definitely see it later.

There are definitely some incredible views when walking north from White Pass.

After reaching the top of that first climb, the path was leveled a bit. I did my best to eat as many snacks as I could to lighten my package. And only sailed along the beautiful Washington land. There were tons of lakes, and the views were incredible. I also experienced some mosquitoes for the first time in a long time. But in regards to mosquitoes, these are quite meek. I would simply notice one or two about me from time to time. But it was nothing so bad. Until now the year I have been very lucky in terms of errors. And I think it will be quite late in the season when it is on the CDT. So I doubt I have to worry about mistakes. It’s compensation! I am exchanging the cold winter climate due to lack of insects.

Today the path passed so many beautiful lakes!

As the day progressed, the path continued to go up and down. Finally, I fell to the Dewey Lakes area. This is where I camped to spend the night in 2022. It is a really popular camp place for the hikers of the section. The lake is huge and incredibly beautiful. And there are tons of really beautiful tent sites that surround the area. I had encountered a fire teacher again and walked together briefly. I was super coffee and ended up accelerating and I didn’t see him again for the day. He had said he was going to camp for Dewey Lakes, but I didn’t see him when I passed. However, there were tons of people prepared for the camp, so he would definitely not have noticed if he was somewhere outside the road.

One of my favorite sections of the path is this mile or two before Chinook Pass. It was as amazing as he remembered.

I ended up going through Dewey Lakes and then I started a fairly steep climb from there. The climb continued for a while and finally the path was leveled. Then I was able to walk through one of my favorite sections of Washington. When you go north just before reaching Chinook Pass, the path is simply beautiful. Each centimeter of the surrounding area was lined with vibrant wild flowers. There were tons of hikers of a day who came from the road to take photos in the flowers. It was around 6 pm, so the sun was just beginning to dive. Making some incredible views. I continued towards Chinoak Pass and diverted to drop the garbage and use the bathroom. Then he began to climb to the next climb.

Today I spent a lot of incredible camps. But I was glad to advance to the extent of what I did.

The path went up to a beautiful lake, which would have been a great place to camp. And then, once I arrived in the lake, it actually continued up, which was a unique feature. Usually, you go up and then go down to a lake. Then maybe you go out again from the lake. So it was fun to climb to the lake and then continue going beyond the lake. Once I left the lake, I was riding on a narrow crest in the predictable future. Hoping to find a solid camping place at night.

I really love the way the sunset and sunrise can create these shadows in the mountains in the distance.

Just before darkening, I went through one of the only flat places I had seen in a long time. There was a cowboy boy camping near there, and it seemed to be asleep. I felt very bad establishing nearby, but the options were limited. He ended up rolling and we started talking. His name is Joe and was a hiker in the north direction. He didn’t care if he joined him in the place, thank God. Because reading comments, it seemed that if I didn’t stop me there, I would probably have to move on for another hour or two. I was already about 35 miles for the day, so I really didn’t want to do that if I could avoid it.

From a bed in the city to a despair tent site

See an incredible sunset while heading to the camp to spend the night.

Surprisingly, there were some mosquitoes, so I prepared the store. Otherwise, it would have been a very good place for the jeans camp at night. Then I ate a dinner in my tent and really ate a service! So I went to bed and did a lot of editions. I was able to publish a video and a blog. And I put the publication early in the morning too. I know that it does not sound so significant, but having service at the place of the camp for the night is really the best of cases. I prefer to have service in the camp and have it anywhere throughout the day. After working for a while, I finally turned me around and called him one night. Tomorrow I hope to do about 40 miles. That will prepare me to have a relatively early day in Snoqualmie the next day.
