The India U17 Women’s team is attracted to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan in group G of the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup China 2026 qualifications, after the trek in the AFC house in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Thursday 7 August 2025.

The draw saw 27 teams divided into eight groups – each of three of the four teams and five of the three. They will contest the qualifying competitions in a single Round-Robin centralized competitive format from 13 to 17 October 2025.

The eight group winners will continue to the 10th edition of the final, where they will be accompanied by the four AFC representatives of FIFA U17 World Cup World Cup 2025 – DPR Korea, Japan, Korea Republic and China PR – who have already qualified.

The AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup 2026 takes place from 30 April to 17 May 2026, and the top four finishers are eligible for the FIFA U17 World Cup World Cup 2026.

India last participated in the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup in 2005. The young Tigresses will strive for script history by first qualifying for the continental phase via the qualifications route.

  • Group A: Philippines, Malaysia, Tadjikistan (H), Syria

  • Group B: Islamic Republic of Iran, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi -Arabia (H)

  • Group C: Indonesia, Myanmar (H), Mongolia, Macau

  • Group D: Vietnam (H), Hong Kong, China, Guam

  • Group E: Australia, Singapore (H), Noord -Mariana Islands

  • Group F: Thailand (H), Nepal, Turkmenistan

  • Group G: India, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz Republic (H)

  • Group H: Bangladesh, Chinese Taipei, Jordan (H)

Schedule of India:

  • October 13: Kyrgyz Republic versus India

  • October 17: India versus Uzbekistan

  • Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic
