Investigation ongoing after Trek Blogger run over by SUV during the walk

BThe Una Vista Police is investigating an accident that sent three people to the hospital, including Eden, a blogger from The Trek, who was in the city to overcome the 160 -mile university circuit.

On Monday morning, August 18, a White SUV hit two women walking along the sidewalk along the 24 highway, just south of Linderman Avenue. According to a press release from the Buena Vista police chief, Dean Morgan, the SUV crashed into a building on the west side of the road before stopping.

Both pedestrians and the driver were transported with injuries. Eden was taken by helicopter to the front range to receive medical treatment. The other pedestrian, a young woman from Arizona, was transported to the heart of the Regional Rockies Medical Center on exit, while the driver was also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. «To dissipate a couple of rumors that we have been seeing on social networks, this was not related to the crosswalk,» Chief Morgan told The Times. «The driver and the passenger came from the Meadows event.
