Inter Kashi will play its first home match of the 2025-26 Indian Super League (ISL) season against Mumbai City FC behind closed doors at the Kishore Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata on Sunday.
Earlier in the day, the Varanasi-based side had announced that it would play its home pre-season games in Kolkata as the club builds a football-specific stadium in Bhelupur town of Varanasi.
“Due to a sudden venue change, our first home match of the season against Mumbai City FC at Kishore Bharati Krirangan, Kolkata, will be played behind closed doors,” the club said in a statement.

«Unfortunately, spectators will not be allowed into the stadium for this match. Lihat juga vch2. Only accredited media personnel will be allowed into the stadium for this match,» it added.
Inter Kashi are currently seventh in the 14-team table with five points from four matches (one win, two draws and one loss), while Mumbai City are fifth with eight points from as many matches (two wins and two draws).
